What currency do you use and where do you ship to?

We ship to Canada and the US.
• Shipping Cost includes shipping, handling, and insurance

How do shipping options at checkout work?
Depending on the product you are purchasing you must choose the same shipping option from the dropdown menu at checkout to get an accurate estimate of how much shipping will be.

The Shipping Categories are:
Accessories Shipping - if you are purchasing an accessory (ies)
Saddle Shipping - if you are purchasing saddle package (s)
Scabbard Shipping - if you are purchasing scabbards (since those particular products are larger)

If you are purchasing both a saddle package and additional accessories please choose the saddle shipping.
What methods of payment do you offer?
• We accept credit cards through PayPal. However should you wish to pay with cheque please contact us by email or phone and we can arrange that.

• E-transfer is accepted for Canadian Orders.
How do you calculate tax?
• No Tax on orders in the United States.
• Tax on Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout.
How long will my order take to arrive?
• Please allow 4-6 weeks delivery time for all saddles
• Please allow 2-3 weeks delivery time on any accessories.
